LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

However, in certain cases it may be necessary to transfer and store your Personal Data outside the European Union if fulfilling the task assigned by the Customer requires consultation with lawyers outside the EU. Personal Data may also be processed by data processors operating outside the EU.

We take all necessary precautions to ensure that your Personal Data is handled securely and in accordance with applicable Data Protection Laws. For example, we may transfer your Personal Data on the basis of:

  • a European Commission adequacy decision;
  • standard data protection clauses developed by the European Commission;
