RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You may return products within 14 calendar days of receiving them, as long as the items are unused, in original packaging, and in the condition they were received. Some products — such as perishables or custom-made items — may not be returnable.

2. Refund Procedure

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method after we inspect the returned goods. Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos showing the damage or mistake.

In such cases, we will cover all return or exchange-related shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
