RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Conditions

Products may be returned within 14 calendar days after receipt, provided that they have not been used, are in their original packaging, and are in the same condition in which they were delivered. Certain products, such as food products or personalized items, may not be returnable.

We will cover all costs associated with the return or exchange of a damaged or incorrect product.

4. Refund Procedure

Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product and inspect its condition.

If the product is returned in accordance with these Terms, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
